Exploring emotional resilience
Do you have difficulty managing your emotions? This course is facilitated by a peer who has had lived experience of managing emotional difficulties that have impacted upon her behaviour. Through sharing experiences, challenges, skills and knowledge regarding managing challenging emotions, participants will support each other in learning more helpful techniques and coping mechanisms.
Dates: 7th,14th, 21st, 28th September. 5th ,12th, 19th October. 26th Oct - College closed half term. Wed 2nd,16th November
