JOYFUL WELLNESS

A fun time to take care of you, learning about active mindfulness, balancing your chakras and spiritual healing. There are many alternative approaches to wellbeing that have been around for thousands of years longer than psychiatry. Join Sue in the healing tent to explore how you can introduce different techniques into your life to help keep you spiritually and emotionally strong.
