Mindfulness and meditation At the Recovery College

We run a drop-in twice a week during term time. Mindfulness can help us gain control over our emotions and take control of our lives. It’s also really enjoyable so if you think that it could help or that you deserve a little bit of YOU time then why not come along and give it a try.
