Mindfulness @ the Recovery College
We run a mindfulness drop twice a week during term time at Broadacre House.
Mindfulness can help us gain control over our emotions and take control of our lives.
It’s also really enjoyable so if you think that it could help or that you deserve a little bit of YOU time then why not come along and give it a try.
Mondays (starting 12th Sept) 1pm-2.30pm
Thursdays (starting 22nd Sept) 2pm-3.30pm
