This five week course will provide an opportunity to explore in a supportive group how addressing our spiritual needs can help our mental well-being. How do we feed our spirits? How can we best deal with the past and look forward to the future? We’ll seek to explore the concepts of joy, forgiveness, spirituality, faith, hope, and love.
