SPORTING CHANCE BOXERCISE AND MINDFULNESS

Manage your emotions better with ‘up & down’ exercises. Get those frustrations out then take control with mindfulness.

Sporting Chance are offering relaxing keep fit, boxercise classes that will promote the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle. We will also encouraging participants to socialise and promote mindfulness. Our sessions will be structured so that we can cater everyone’s individual needs. With frequent breaks and water provided we intend to break down the barriers to leading a healthy life.

Individuals can chat to our tutors independently for friendly advice regarding things they can do at home to keep up their good work.

Time: Taster session – 10am to 12am / Course - 1pm to 2.30pm
Day: Thursday
Dates: Taster session - 14th September / Course starts 21st September, then 28th sept, 5th Oct, 12th Oct, 19th Oct, 2nd Nov, 9th Nov, 16th Nov, 23rd Nov, 30th Nov, 7th Dec, 14th Dec.
Location: The taster session on the 14th September will take place at the Recovery College at Broadacre House 10-12 / The remainder of the course will take place in the Sporting Chance Gym in Benwell Lane
