Sporting Chance are offering relaxing keep fit, boxercise classes that will promote the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle. We will also encouraging participants to socialise and promote mindfulness. Our sessions will be structured so that we can cater everyone’s individual needs. With frequent breaks and water provided we intend to break down the barriers to leading a healthy life.

Individuals can chat to our tutors independently for friendly advice regarding things they can do at home to keep up their good work.

Time: 1pm – 2.30pm
