POSITIVE WELLNESS

If you answered yes to any of the first five questions, then this 6 week course will teach you techniques to create a more 'positive and well' you!

The course uses 'smugness-free' and 'jargon-free' mindfulness techniques, positive wellness tools and mixes 'hippy' with science - never forgetting that the focus is YOU!

No prior experience is needed and scepticism is welcomed!
